How long will it take to receive my order?

For Australian orders
STANDARD ($5): 2 – 5 business days after dispatch
EXPRESS ($8): 1 – 2 business days after dispatch

What is your return policy?

We’ll happily refund your full-priced Sunnies within 30 days of delivery, if they have not been worn. They must be in resalable condition with original case and tags. 

What payment options do you have?

ZEEZEE Wear accepts Master Card, Visa, AMEX, AfterPay, Square and PayPal at www.zeezeewear.com.au.

 

We also accept ZEEZEE Wear gift vouchers in AUD.

Where is my order?

You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order has been placed. You will receive a 2nd email with tracking information as soon as your order had been dispatched from our warehouse (generally within 1-2 business days). If it has been more than 3 business days and you have not received tracking information, please contact our Customer Support Team via Live Chat on zeezeewear.com.au or email customercare@zeezeewear.com.au with your Order Confirmation details and we will assist you further.
